Everyone with a lawsuit in Florida must go through a mediation at some point to see if their case can be settled. Their lawyers know that settlement has one gigantic advantage over letting the case go to a jury: certainty of the outcome. The clients are in control, not a bunch of strangers.
Some cases are harder to settle than others. The odds are better if the mediator is skilled, learns about the case, and can find things the lawyers are overlooking. That makes finding common ground easier.
I was a Florida litigator for more than thirty years and was in many dozens of mediations in those years. I learned mediation skills from the good mediators, and learned what not to do from those who weren’t so good. As a certified circuit and county court mediator, I use those skills to help litigators and their clients find the common ground needed to close cases. Ending conflict is good for everyone.
You can schedule your mediation by clicking on a date from the calendar below that all parties agree on. When you do that, our system will get some information from you and set up the mediation. My fee is $125 an hour per party. All my mediations are done on Zoom.
