Privacy Policy

The confidentiality promised in our Terms of Service is comprehensive. Will not maintain any information we receive from you for any purpose that is not directly related to helping you pursue a mediation. We will maintain your information for future mediations, but we will delete it at your request. We will not voluntarily share your information with anyone except persons you tell us are connected with your mediation, and only information relevant to that. We will only share your information with other people as required by law, and only after you are notified of such a requirement (e.g., a subpoena).
